It turns out that the mysterious graffiti artist who has become famous for decorating washington dc and even parts of the gw campus is merely an 18-year-old rich kid from Great Falls, VA.
Yesterday morning, John Tsombikos was identified as the fearless young man who was not afraid to tag things like garbage cans and highway signs even in broad daylight.
